There are no refunds. Exchanges can be made for hair purchased with in 7 days of the date you have received your unused/unopened hair, and store credit can be applied via Ecard. If hair is used 3 days and must be 4oz exactly as given and claim of faulty quality must be visible/proven. Then shipping and handling charges may apply.
